The colonoscopy factory is efficient, but could you please do something to keep patients from freezing while waiting in a gurney wearing a flimsy cotton gown with one thin sheet. Unacceptably uncomfortable

This is my third procedure with dr Velamati and im very satisfied. She did my endoscopy/colonoscopy and had no issues after procedure. The prep was easy to do and follow.

She LISTENED to me and then provided the feedback I needed. Everything was well communicated and future proceedings were discussed in full. I was spared the 4 hour round trip by a Tele-health call on my computer that was set up by AA Gastro and i was provided an easy to use email link. Everyone I spoke to and dealt with made this an easy process right smack in the middle of the holidays. 5 Stars would have been given if this had not taken 3 times to get someone to LISTEN and proceed forward in a manner in which I am more comfortable with. And the results were immediate. Many thanks. Happy New Year, 2204!

Dr. Jackson is one of the best doctors I have ever had. I wait for my appointments with her only. She is patient, informative, caring and always have a smile. She is the must see doctor for me especially for Gastrology treatments.

This was my 1st visit with the doctor and at the practice. When I walked in the young lady at the desk greeted me and got me checked in rather quickly. It helps when the patient has all of the paperwork completed prior to being seen for a quicker process. I probably waited in the lobby for 10 minutes before being called to the back.
Once I got in the back, the assistant did the vitals and then escorted into the exam room. The doctor entered within 3-5 mins, he was relaxed which made it more comfortable and he didn't have on the white coat, so I wasn't nervous. Dr. Taunk went over everything and was asking a lot of questions so we could get to the bottom of my issues. Which is standard, but he wasn't rushy or talking over me. I have a follow-up appt to go over the labs and proceed from there.
I've also already referred them to a friend. So I reckon that counts for something.
