Emily was fantastic.... your portal is not! I'm in, I'm not, I'm locked out.... when I got in the documents that i was told would be there were not ! All I needed was a referral that wasn't given to me at my last appointment with Emily. I went for a CT scan with contrast, was told that my referral was for someone else and that I needed to reschedule. Couldn't contact your office cuz you were closed and couldn't get into your portal, which is so antiquated.... JR was the only one that did what she said she was going do! THANK YOU JR!

All the staff were very friendly and made the process of checking in easy. Octavia Yancy was excellent. She listened to my concerns and developed a plan on the spot. She was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions.

Nurse Yancey was the sweetest and kindest person during my visit. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. My problem was with the lady who does the vitals. The middle age caucasian lady was very rude and short with the patients.
