Once I was there I was handled professionally and compassionately I was disappointed with the lack of guidance from the front office in understanding my preparation requirements and difficulty in getting a hold of a live person.

Love Dr Jackson and the medical assistant was great. Unfortunately I was supposed to see her at 3:45pm but didn’t get to see her until 430.
