Saw the Dr almost an hour later than my appointment time. Once I was able to be seen, the appointment went very well and was conducted professionally. All information was explained in detail and in words I could understand.

Felt very comfortable. Very little wait time. Staff was professional and welcoming. Dr. Jencks was caring. His office manner was such that I knew I could ask questions and answers would be noncondescending. As a senior citizen, all of the above is very important to me. Keep up the good work. You are all special.

Very thorough with my care. Emily was patient and had great bedside manners. Even though my symptoms had subsided she wanted to get at the root cause. I am always a cautious person and would like to make sure we are not missing something without reason. We are exploring some more tests if the symptoms return. Thank you for recommending continued care.

The staff at MD Center for Digestive Health are always very pleasant. The anesthesiologist made me feel very comfortable and assured and Dr. Melanie Jackson is the BEST.
