I have tried so many times to get help to change my prescription medication to the DC VA Medical Center and have not been successful. I leave messages that go unanswered. Once I finally got a reply I was told the change was made, but it didn’t. I called again to no avail. Terrible service. To see the doctor, I had to wait over an hour for a 5 min actual consult with the Dr.

Ms. Yancey was very personable and kind in her approach. She asked pertinent questions and made suggestions. She gave me options to try rather than just brushing me off. She was great!

A little rushed and rugged. Glad it wasn't my first visit. Still has EKG gel connectors attached when I got home. Poor cell service made it challenging to contact my driver.
