My only regret is that I wasn't able to talk to him before the colonoscopy to tell him about an accident I had experienced and the subsequent diarrhea I was having, so that he could have done more testing to determine the cause. He is very thorough and listens well.

Dr. Jenks went above and beyond for me. I went to him with an issue that was not in his field of expertise - and he called the physician I was referred to so that I could get an earlier appointment, Great gastro doctor and great person. He listens and never makes you feel rushed.

Dr. Olenec is the best Gastroenterologist that I have ever had, the care for his patients is outstanding. I have had many colonoscopies in my lifetime, so I speak with experience, and I am happy with my negative results about what we looked for.
The staff in the facility showed the utmost concern about the patients that were there the same time that I was. We were right on time from beginning to the end and I was walked out to my car for my trip home. Many thanks to everyone

This was a f/u with Dr Velamati. She did not know reason for appointment. When asked about results of exam they ordered she seemed to be unaware of test, said she didn’t have results. It had been 2 months since procedure. I called AA Gastro and spoke with the front office, they had the results and posted them on the portal. My son came to this practice because of health problems and she blew him off. The initial appointment was with a PA , Patrick, and he was good. My son’s GI doctor recommended this practice because she said that doctors that specialize in motility issues “have a passion for it”. Apparently Velamati has lost that loving feeling. Do not intend to return to this practice. Very poor representation of a GI doctors’ office.

I'm 72 and had my first colonoscopy. I kept putting it off because I was too apprehensive. Other than the hassle of prep the actual experience was no problem. ALL of the staff were absolutely wonderful and put me at ease and my upper endoscopy went very well. Dr Misra and his team were a well oiled mschine. If I knew how easy the procedure actually was, I would have come here years ago. This practice is A++

Dr Jencks was very thorough in his examination and explained everything in clear and easy to understand terms for what medicine he prescribed and need for a colonoscopy.

Dr Hasan is a very good doctor and very much to the point, which I prefer. The procedure and all the staff were pleasant and professional. The only negative comment from me is that, I am disappointed that no one saw fit to keep my waiting husband informed of my status. He wasn’t even informed that I was finished and ready for pickup.
Would recommend Dr Hasan and the practice to others.

I had my first colonoscopy today and was very nervous. Katie, the nurse went out of her way to make me feel comfortable as did the anesthesiologist Michael. They both calmed my nerves, and Dr. Velamoti was excellent. The whole team was top-notch! I highly recommend this practice!

I was billed as a diagnostic instead of my very 1st preventive. $1,200 billed to me when this should have been covered 100% in full is insane! No issues even found. It would be different if I was advised of this and all of the charges coming to me, but I was not. Very disappointed with the billing of this service!
