Makeda Berhane met with me three times to resolve my medical issue. She presented an initial method to determine what could be irritating my medical issue. We met subsequently and when the initial method didn't work, she referred me for further testing, and recommended more methods to resolve my medical issue. The third time we met, my issue had resolved more. She was thorough and kind.

Always a pleasant experience with each visit. The staff is very friendly. The doctor always has the time to explain your test and what he recommends and makes you feel at ease. Great experience!

I do like Dr. Misra. He has a lovely manner in that he hears you. However, having said that, I explained my apprehension on taking the proton pump medications. The new medication prescribed came with an additional warning supplement (2 1/2 page) to explain the possible side effects of the prescribed medication. It is worse than the prescription medication that I previously feared taking. So, I continue to take the across the counter medication until we can find that single pill that won't give me cause for pause.

I felt like Dr. Olenec listened to my concerns. He will examine the colon and the pancreas. Naturally, this is no picnic in the park. We did not feel rushed and the procedures were explained thoroughly. I am not happy with almost a 2 month wait to have these tests.

Except for being required to arrive at the clinic and 1 pm for a 2pm procedure, not being taking back to prep until 2:30, and having the procedure ~3:30 it was fine. There was no communication or apology about the delay from any staff and that felt odd. This is also the third request I have received for feedback which is annoying.
