Today I had a colonoscopy with Dr. Jenks who is excellent and really cares about his patients. The staff were all very friendly and professional. They made me feel more comfortable. Nurse Nathalie was so gentle putting in my IV that I didn’t even feel it going in.

Unfortunately, my interactions with the staff and physician was less than stellar. The staff refused to call my insurance to verify my plan, instead looking at my card and telling me it was only good in forcing me to pay out of pocket. The physician did not listen to any of my concerns, told me my problem was my medications and sent me on my way.

Dr. Schultz came in very arrogant. Did NOT listen to any of my concerns & dismissed my symptoms. He told me since I had post pardom depression in 2008 that was my whole problem & I should get it fixed. I was appalled! He was abhorrent!
