Definitely some confusion about how to log on for a tele visit. Text noted a tele visit but the portal indicated an in person appt. The tele visit did NOT have an address with which to click on.

Dr. Jackson was amazing. She was compassionate, allayed my fears about the procedure, and answered all of my questions. The staff made sure I was checked in and prepped quickly.

Dr. Jencks was very thorough and understood my symptoms and what I have been going through for months. He immediately had me set up an appointment for an ultrasound which ended up revealing issues. I did the ultrasound on a Thursday and by Friday noon he was calling me with my results and follow up instruction to set up an appointment with an oncologist. He also had me do a SIBO test by mail which was so much easier than having to do it in an office as this test takes almost 3 hours to do. Within a day of receiving the results I was contacted and informed of the results. I was very happy with my whole experience with all the staff at Anne Arundel Gastroenterology Associates and extremely happy that after 9 months of suffering Dr. Jencks was finally able to make progress towards a resolution.
