Recepionist greeted me by name and my wait to see Dr. Misra was less than 5 minutes. Dr. Misra listened to me, asked pertinent questions, responded to my concerns, and explained the course of treatment going forward. I was on my way home within 30 minutes!

Dr Velamati wouldn’t even stop to talk to me, I had complaints of intense pain and she didn’t care at all. She just does the procedure and basically says ok bye. I went to medstar and they quickly diagnosed a life threatening condition that Dr V wouldn’t even spare the time to think about. She explains nothing. Literally doesn’t bother to explain anything at all, doesn’t even enter the room. The nurses were all stressed out and acting like they hated their job too. This whole center is horrible.

The experience with Dr Jackson and all of the staff was amazing! The staff that we interacted with before and after the procedures were very caring. My dissatisfaction is with the length of time it is taking for results. It has been three weeks and still no communication from the Dr or Dr’s office. I sent a message though the portal, no response. I called and was told the Dr has the pathologist report, we are waiting for the Dr to read it and communicate the results. THAT is disappointing.
