Seems competent. Only concern was he addressed me as " man" instead of either James, Mr. Bovis, or sir. Perhaps it's my generation but, I prefer some formality when dealing with medical professionals. Conversely, because I am not a personal friend nor did I know this fellow, I addressed him as "Doctor".

I was greeted and plan, procedure was carefully and fully explained. Anesthesia was described well. Dr. Velamatti greeted me also and gave me the information I needed to proceed.

Zoom/virtual meeting started on-time and was smooth/trouble-free. Lauren quickly got right to the point, identified the problem, and proceeded to a solution. She also provided some background/history as an explanation of how the issue had come up, which I appreciated.
