Pre-screening regarding routine colonoscopy. Outcome: Since I am a Quadruple Bypass Surgery Surviver, my age (77), I do not have any lower tract digestion issues, and the fact that I am in continued coronary artery care, my Gastroenterologist and I thought it best that I not undergo a colonoscopy at this time.

The prep which in the past was horrible was much better. Compared to my wife's prep for the same procedure, it was easy. The prep she went through ( taking over thr counters meds and Gatorade) was terrible. Much prefer the prescribed method. Doc was great, easy to understand and answered my questions. See ya in 7 years!!

Emily, is patient, knowledgeable, and a very good listener. She has helped me get back on track with my colon issues, which has not been an easy quick fix. I’m grateful for her helping me navigate this problem and thankful that I am feeling better more often.

The colonoscopy factory is efficient, but could you please do something to keep patients from freezing while waiting in a gurney wearing a flimsy cotton gown with one thin sheet. Unacceptably uncomfortable

This is my third procedure with dr Velamati and im very satisfied. She did my endoscopy/colonoscopy and had no issues after procedure. The prep was easy to do and follow.

She LISTENED to me and then provided the feedback I needed. Everything was well communicated and future proceedings were discussed in full. I was spared the 4 hour round trip by a Tele-health call on my computer that was set up by AA Gastro and i was provided an easy to use email link. Everyone I spoke to and dealt with made this an easy process right smack in the middle of the holidays. 5 Stars would have been given if this had not taken 3 times to get someone to LISTEN and proceed forward in a manner in which I am more comfortable with. And the results were immediate. Many thanks. Happy New Year, 2204!
