PA Karen Prahler has been compassionate, caring young lady, not to mention her brilliance, and innate ability to diagnose my specific issues when many other doctors could not. I have been around 71 years and have had 13 surgeries since retiring from the DC police in 2003, having contact with countless medical professionals... I have never been treated better and diagnosed quickly with such accuracy in my life. I am a devout Christian and I speak the truth. She is a credit to her profession.

I am disappointed in the care received from Dr. Jackson. She was my doctor several years ago and I had no issues. At time my condition was under control so she didn't need to do much. When I returned to be her patient in 2025 I did not feel like she took my concerns seriously. The biggest issue was her not reviewing my CT scan with me. Eventually I got a second opinion and found out that I have two partial blockages in my small intestines which was shown on the scan that Dr. Jackson never reviewed with me.

Dr. Jackson cares deeply about her patients. She listens to your concerns and she listens to understand. Then she asks follow-up questions. She provides a treatment plan catered to your individual needs. I trust her wholeheartedly with my care and would highly recommend her.
