This was my first encounter with Dr. Hassan! He was absolutely personable explained things so that I understood very clearly it was an amazing educational experience. His clerical staff reviewed things very thoroughly they were amazing.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, processed in a timely manner. My time in the office with Makeda was sufficient, I felt heard and not rushed out like in some other practices. I left with a plan of action and a follow up return date to discuss. I am very satisfied with this visit and have high hopes for future appointments.

From the reception through the in-take nurse, Christan; to my doctor, Dr. Simcox, my entire experience was outstanding. I was treated with the upmost respect and care. Obviously, Dr. Simcox has laid the groundwork for what he expects his staff to do with each of his patients and so it is done. I am so grateful that my doctor, Dr. Lamphier, recommended Dr. Simcox for me. Dr. Simcox is rated one of the best in my book!!
