The reason for your abdominal pain could be related to your diet, related to an issue with an organ, or even an injury. If you find that you frequently experience abdominal pain, consider your symptoms, the type of pain (is it dull, sharp, frequent, intermittent?) and where it’s located to help you get to the bottom of it.
